Less than 10 days to go for Abigail

Abigail has grown rapidly the past few weeks. I am sure there will be at least 5 kittens, possibly 6. My poor baby is huge and always hungry. Zoe and Zachary do not understand why she will not run and play with them. When they are up to mischief she warns them by growling to leave her alone.

The kittens are due on May 2oth and should definitely be here by May 22nd. May 22nd will be day 68. It takes 65 to 68 days for the babies to be born. With her last litter she went into labor at midnight on day 68.

She lets me rub and massage her tummy and I get such joy from feeling the movement, they are kicking quite hard and moving around alot. They are ready to begin new lives in the world as adorable, spoiled rotten fuzzybutts. I am quite excited as I can't wait to see how many and what colors we get. I love it when they get big enough to run around and explore the house, pouncing on each other, Mom, Dad, Zoe, Ms. Lew and anything moving.
