ABIGAIL AND ZACHARY PIERRE HAVE DONE IT AGAIN

If you have been reading any of my older posts, you will know that I am a cat person and have four of my own. Abigail is my breeding female, a Seal Point Himalayan with big blue eyes, Zachary Pierre my male, a beautiful blue with copper eyes. We also have aunt Zoe who is Zachary Pierre's sister, Zoe is a beautiful black smoke Persian who is the most mischievous of all the cats, she is the curious, into everything cat and is one of those beautiful cats that you want to lay on your lap so you can stroke her soft, fluffy fur. Zoe loves to lay on my lap and is quite content being with her humans until you try to stroke her. When she is petted she gets up and leaves your lap as she is one of those love me but do not touch me cats. We also have Ms. Lew AKA Monica Lewinsky who is a gray tabby, who has traveled the world with my military son who saved her while on a tour in Cuba. (see previous posts)

Abigail and Zachary had their first litter of kittens in August of last year, five kittens were born and they included a black smoke, two blues, one was stillborn, and two Himalayans with those gorgeous blue eyes, a seal point and a blue point. Here are photos of Hurley a male, who lives with Brittany Travis in Doddridge County, WV. Hurley is now 8 months old and with Himmies it takes one year for all of the colors to develop completely. The photos of the blue are of Becca when she was a tiny kitten and her at 8 months now. Becca lives here in Charleston with Dianne Blackwell and looks like her Daddy in petite female build. Daddy is much bigger and has a huge wide head. Diane is first on our waiting list for a Himmie this time so she can have a playmate for Becca. Our last litter was so adorable, it was so hard to let them go. I just wanted to keep them all. All the kittens went to excellent homes however, two here in WV. and two now living in Virginia. They were only with us for eight weeks except for the black smoke who went to live in Virginia at 9 weeks. I get excellent comments from my kitty moms who are taking good care of their furrie purrees. I am confident that these kittens are as loved and as spoiled as my cats are. I spend lots of time with the kitty babies and they in turn become very social and loving with their humans.

The first mating took place on March 17th, Saint Patricks Day. It takes 65 to 69 days for the litter to be born, last time Abigail started her labor around midnight on day 68. The first kitten was born at 4:05 AM. Abigail did a fantastic job and I only had to help out when the 3rd kitten was born and not breathing. I tried like crazy to save that little blue, I rubbed and massaged it for a very long time to no avail. It was very sad when I realized it was useless and that it was not going to live. I hope and pray that all the babies survive this time. They should be born between May 20th ---- 22nd. I am betting on the 22nd as Abigail took her time with the last litter, it would also be nice if they come before midnight.

If you are a cat person or know one you should contact me and reserve a sweet, adorable furrie purree as the last kittens went fast. They will be CFA registered and the solid colors are only $250.00 and the Himmies are $ 400.00 . People tell me I should raise my prices as I am so cheap but I am not into breeding for money as I believe everyone should be able to afford one of these beautiful creatures. Persians are the most laid back and loving cats I have ever owned. They love you unconditionally and are very smart too.

I require a $100.00 deposit to hold a kitten with the balance due when they are picked up at 8 to 9 weeks.

Enjoy the photos and stay tuned for more.
